Prayers Needed - Got A Prayer To Spare

Hi
Thanks for dropping by to say hello and see what's new. Well, if you must know I lost my heart to another young lady about a year and half or so ago. She so captured me that I think of her just about every day, and lately I want to do every possible to introduce her to all my friends far and wide, so that they too can meet her. Her name is Laticia and I'll let her introduce herself to you and I'll bet you take her into your heart also.

Laticia please carry on from here........

Hi
My name is Laticia, and I was born July 5, 2009, and in late August 2009
I was in the hospital. I was in bad shape and what I need from you are your Prayers, Prayers and more Prayers.

Let me tell you why you are so important to me. As I said, I was born in July 09 and shortly after my birth, I started to hurt, shake and have seizures, so I was taken to the hospital.  Late one evening I was Baptized and I made three new Friends; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Boy, what nice guys, They made me feel good all over! You see I heard voices say, "it won't be long now", and I got scared. But my three Friends said, "don't worry, take one day at a time", so I am. That all happened in August of 2009.

This is me now,  May 2010, during my big ball workout. I can't sit-up or walk yet. I cannot hold my head up for any long time, so I have to train myself to do that. I can't swallow either, so they feed me liquid food through a connection I have in my tummy. I wonder what food taste like?

The latest news is, I'm going to get a chair with wheels. The Doctors say that I can't lay down too much. They also say that if I continue to improve by July 2011, I may be able to sit up by myself. This is May 2010 so July 2011 is a bit in the future. But that's OK, for with your prayers, I know I will make it. Before I forget, I met other sick children in the hospital, will you please pray for them too. I'll ask my three Friends to pray for you as well OK. May God keep you in His tender loving care. Please ask others to pray  for me.
                                           Thank you.     Laticia.

I'M back, a bit of background I think is in order.. In July 2009, my wife Agnes and I became Great Grandparents to a beautiful little girl named Laticia. We call her Pip Squeak for short.

Soon after Laticia was born we found ourselves at her hospital crib, for she had many severe seizures, and little hope of survival. An emergency Baptism took place late one night, and when the words "I Baptize you in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit etc." were said, Laticia twitched one of her eyes, and that was her only movement I had observed during my visit to her hospital room. The following day, she showed some improvement, and after a month's hospital stay she returned to her grandparent's home, for she required 24hr care, besides having to be fed every three hours.

There's more to the Laticia's journey, for this blog has just started.. Please Pray for her and all like her.
Phil
